Refund & Cancellation Terms
Web Planets LLC is committed to providing high-quality enterprise web solutions. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the staged nature of our professional digital services.
1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our billing department. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, all active work will cease immediately. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the customized nature of our development and design services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on a specific project phase. Refunds are typically only issued in the event of a significant breach of contract by Web Planets LLC that remains unresolved after a formal remediation period.
3. Staged Payments
Our projects are usually structured with staged payments tied to specific milestones (e.g., Discovery, Architecture, Design, Implementation). Each milestone payment secures the resources and expertise required for that phase. Once a milestone is approved and payment is processed, that portion of the fee is considered earned and non-refundable.
4. Retainer Services
For ongoing maintenance and retainer agreements, cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and services will continue until the end of the paid period.
