CLIENT AGREEMENT
Welcome to Web Planets LLC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Web Planets LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the webplanetsllc.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related applications (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our agency solutions, and you must discontinue use immediately.
1. AGENCY SERVICES & CORE COMPETENCIES
Web Planets LLC provides data-focused digital development, enterprise web development, B2B data integration, strategic consulting, UI/UX engineering, and search optimization landscape management tailored for corporate technical demands and performance.
Our Services are offered on a project, consultation, or milestone basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our agency offerings at any time without prior liability.
2. PROJECT MILESTONES, TIMELINES, & FEES
Calculations: Investment costs for web development or infrastructure projects are calculated via custom project estimates reflecting unique enterprise requirements.
Pricing Models: Our pricing models are structured around specific project milestones or ongoing retainer-based maintenance agreements tailored to your business goals.
Delivery Timelines: General project timelines typically vary from 1 to 3 months, reflecting the specific technical depth, QA auditing, and infrastructure integration needs of the client.
Payment Processing: You agree to honor all financial milestone commitments using our authorized, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Delays in milestone approvals may result in a formal hold on development production and deployment.
3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS
As a provider of bespoke professional digital engineering, our refund and cancellation terms are explicitly defined within individual service contracts signed prior to production. In general, our models provide for staged payments tied tightly to active project phases. Once a development milestone phase is officially delivered, reviewed, and approved via our technical QA protocols, payments allocated to that completed phase are non-refundable.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Georgia state or federal courts.
